Visualization in the Context of Synthetic Biology

The Team TU Delft recently published the results of an in silico metabolic flux analysis on a synthetic organism designed during the International Genetically Engineered Machines (iGEM) competition 2010. The results have been visualized by using Omix. The single network images show the optimal flux distribution for different input substrates and different target products. These different conditions can be interactively explored on the project homepage of the iGEM Team 2010 TU Delft. The example images were taken from there.
