When will I be able to use the purchased licenses?
You will have two different options when placing the order:
1. you can purchase pre-payed by using our payment service call Avangate.
2. you can purchase pre-incoived.
When purchasing with Avangate you pay immediately with credit card, PayPal etc. and receive the licenses a few minutes later. Avangate will send an invoice after payment.
When purchasing pre-invoiced you will immediately get an invoice by us and you will have to pay by wire transfer. The licenses will be available as soon as we receive the transaction.
Can you send me a quotation for my organization first?
No problem! Please, select the software licenses you intend to purchase. Instead of placing the order you can ask for quotation on the last page of the online shop.
Can a purchase order number of my organization be noted on the final invoice?
No problem! You will be able to specify this information in the infoice address form.
